To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone.

Cancellation Fees
To honour each reservation, we source our ingredients and arrange our team with your visit in mind. Accordingly, the following cancellation fees apply to all dining reservations, including omakase courses:
2 days prior to reservation: 25% of the total booking amount
1 day prior to reservation: 50% of the total booking amount
Day of reservation: 100% of the total booking amount
Please note that no-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. -
Late Arrivals
If you expect to be late, please notify us by phone or LINE as soon as possible. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past the reserved time without notice will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the course fee will be charged. Please note that reservation times cannot be extended due to late arrival.

Cancellations due to severe weather or natural disasters will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly.
